A reindeer Christmas ornament was handmade from a vintage silverplate fork. The tiny metal jingle bell and red ribbon gives this piece a holiday flair.
I cut the handle off a vintage fork and softened the edges. The tines were cut for ears and bent for antlers. A hammered texture added interest to the antlers. The face was enhanced with a touch of red and black and a tiny metal jingle bell added interest.
The red ribbon is 2 3/4 inches long (7cm) and the total length of the ornament is 4 3/4 inches (12cm). The width is 1 inch (2.5cm).
