This lizard necklace was made from a silver New Zealand coin. On the pendant is a wonderful Tuatara Lizard. This 5 cent coin, dated 1999 is made from copper and nickel metal with a shiny patina. On one side of this beautiful coin is Elizabeth II New Zealand while the other side shows a Tuatara Lizard sitting on a rock and the number 5.

This lizard necklace was made from a silver New Zealand coin. On the pendant is a wonderful Tuatara Lizard. This 5 cent coin, dated 1999 is made from copper and nickel metal with a shiny patina. On one side of this beautiful coin is Elizabeth II New Zealand while the other side shows a Tuatara Lizard sitting on a rock and the number 5. These lizards are native to New Zealand. There is excellent detail on both sides. This coin hangs from a silver rhodium plated cable chain and looks great from any angle. The coin was drilled, cleaned, and polished before being suspended from the chain.

New Zealand coins are particularly interesting due to the animals on them. This is a beauty!

This circulated coin is excellent condition, showing little to no wear considering. The diameter of the domed coin is 3/4 inch (19mm) and it hangs from a 16 inch (40.6cm) silver rhodium plated cable chain secured by a lobster clasp.
