A beautiful Canadian 1 dollar coin was used for this pendant. On one side of this coin is a picture of a loon floating amongst reeds, Canada, Dollar, RRC, and dated 1988. The other is Elizabeth II, D.G. Regina. Canadians affectionately call these popular, 11-sided coins “Loonies”.

A beautiful Canadian 1 dollar coin was used for this pendant. On one side of this coin is a picture of a loon floating amongst reeds, Canada, Dollar, RRC, and dated 1988. The other is Elizabeth II, D.G. Regina. Canadians affectionately call these popular, 11-sided coins “Loonies”. Both sides of this coin are beautifully detailed. This coin hangs from three gold-plated rings suspended from a goldtone dainty ball chain and looks great from any angle. I cleaned, polished and domed the coin for interest.

The gold color of this coin is stunning and is the result of nickel electro-plated with bronze.

This circulated coin is in excellent condition, showing little to no wear. The diameter of the coin is 1 inch (25mm) and hangs 1 3/4 inches (44mm) from a 17 1/2 inch (44cm) goldtone dainty ball chain.
